Behavioural Profiling

Participants will undergo the deep dive into self awareness, the foundation for developing leadership. 
Extended DISC behavioral profiling assessments give your team members their behaviour blueprint and how they express themselves in their work environment, providing crucial data and information to individuals and team leaders/managers on how to get the best out of individual sin their roles, as well as how they interact within the team dynamic. This is NOT a standard personality profile. The personalised reports highlight team member's natural v's adapted strengths, communication preferences, and areas for growth. "When you have behavioural flexibility you can make the most out of every situation and every challenge". A Team Unpack workshop is included in the "agriLEAD" program.

Relationship & Emotional
Intelligence

Social Emotional EQ is a central theme throughout the program.
Individuals learn about the importance of self leadership. Topics and masterclasses may include aspects of emotional fitness in personal leadership; self-awareness; awareness of others; emotional awareness; vulnerability; emotional flexibility, the power of perspective, empathy, active listening, body language, and understanding and practicing critical human skills in a team setting.

Communication Styles

Explore different communication styles and their impact on leadership effectiveness. Team members learn all about their own communication style, as well their team member's communication styles. This includes strategies for adapting your own communication style to connect more effectively with team members, customers , clients, community members, colleagues, and professionals.

Your team members will have a different perspective on conflicting discussions and their role in creating a functional team.

Tailored Leadership Development

Team members will engage in tailored leadership education - including experiential collaboration with horses to emphasise leadership principles, competencies and behaviours.
We include interpersonal skills development, behavioural awareness and leadership agility.
Your team members learn the essential human skills  needed to build and maintain a culture built on trust, cooperation and collaboration.

Where Are We?

Leading Change Experiences now based at Xmas Rocks Training and Events, Willalooka, in South Australia's Limestone Coast region.
 

The facility is in its construction phase and is shaping up to be a versatile facility that is conveniently accessible from the Riddoch Highway. Centrally located between the Upper SE, Lower SE, and the Western Districts of Victoria, this rural landscape along with all of the necessary amenities and features, offers a nature-based atmosphere that is an inspiring environment and learning space for an unmatched learning and development experience.

Accomodation is available at the Willalooka Tavern which is only a short 5 minute drive away. We are able to arrange on-site glamping accomodation for teams who travel, please contact Jess for more details. 

 

The AgriLEAD program is designed for flexibility, offering facilitated sessions remotely, on-site at your place of employment, or here with our horses, to best suit your team's needs.
