She's an dedicated advocate for the transformative impact of experiential learning and emotionally fit leadership on personal and professional growth. Leveraging the unique wisdom of horses as leadership mentors, Jess facilitates unforgettable experiences designed to elevate interpersonal skills and foster strategic emotional intelligence.
With experience in diverse industries ranging from corporate agriculture to direct sales and social & emotional development programs for children and teens, Jess understands the importance of human development, interpersonal skills and an emotionally mature team culture. Her mission centers on building trusting relationships and fostering environments where understanding behaviour, improving communication, and cultivating accountability and self-responsibility become the cornerstones of sustainable change.
